  • Clark is a certified professional member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). His member number is 11246209. If you are Canadian and have a health benefit package, it is likely that Clark's services will be covered by your plan, but not all insurance policies cover services with any therapist. Many plans are specific about therapist credentialing. It is your responsibility to check with your insurance provider to determine if your specific policy covers services offered by professionals with the CCC (Canadian Certified Counsellor) designation.

We do not provide direct billing. We provide our clients with a receipt which our clients can claim through their health benefits.

  • Clark offers half price sessions to members of religious communities, clergy, missionaries, and Church workers who have no health benefit coverage.

  • Payment is due before each counselling session begins. Payment can be made by Interac E-transfer or credit card.

To pay by E-transfer, make payment to clark@catholiccounsellor.com at least a few minutes before your session is scheduled to begin.

To pay by credit card, you must add a card to your online profile after booking a session. Your card will be billed up to 24 hours before your session begins.

  • Your session time is reserved for you, but we also understand that things come up in life from time to time. We require 24 hours notice for cancelled sessions. If less than 24 hours notice is given, the full session fee will be charged.

  • Supporting families is a priority for us. If you can't get the support you need because of obligations to your children, please contact us. We are in the process of developing a model in which your children can come with you to our office and be cared for to free you up to participate in psychotherapy.
